Introduction

At Trauma Transcendence Therapy™, we support adults and couples healing from the lasting effects of trauma, whether rooted in childhood experiences, relational wounds, sexual trauma, or generational pain. Many of the clients we serve struggle with low self-esteem, shame, anxiety, difficulty trusting, fear of abandonment, or challenges feeling safe and connected in their relationships. Some grew up in emotionally immature or dysfunctional family systems and continue to carry those attachment wounds into adulthood. The approach at Trauma Transcendence Therapy™ blends Attachment Focused EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help clients process painful experiences, break destructive patterns, and restore trust in themselves and others. We also provide compassionate, trauma-informed care for those navigating addiction and recovery. Trauma Transcendence Therapy™ understands how isolating and disorienting trauma can feel. Each client is met with deep empathy, clinical expertise, and an environment that honors personal beliefs and spirituality as part of the healing process. In this space, clients are invited to: • Release shame and self-blame • Heal relational and generational wounds • Build secure, trusting relationships • Reconnect with their body and inner calm • Restore peace, confidence, and presence Every session is tailored to the client’s unique needs, integrating both insight and embodied healing. Trauma Transcendence Therapy™ intends to help individuals and couples reconnect with authenticity, repair relationships, and live with safety, clarity, and joy.
