I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes therapy should be a safe, genuine space where you can show up exactly as you are. I work with individuals, couples, and families, who are looking to make a change, explore relationship dynamics and patterns that may no longer serve them, or resolve past traumatic experiences. I have extensive experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, including those who have experienced trauma, displacement, and significant life transitions. I draw from approaches including EMDR, somatic and mindfulness-based interventions, and parts-informed work, tailoring therapy to each client's unique needs and goals. I believe there is value in slowing down and learning to listen to what your body is communicating. Therapy isn't only about working through pain. It's also about recognizing your resilience, reconnecting with parts of yourself, and creating more space for joy, confidence, and connection in your life. Together, we can explore what your experiences have taught you, what your body may be communicating, and what you want to create moving forward.
