I provide brain-informed, somatic, and relational psychodynamic therapy for adults 18 and older. I’m also trained in Brainspotting and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR)—supportive, brain-body approaches that help access deeper emotional and physical layers of your experience. These methods work with the nervous system to release old patterns and create space for new ways of feeling and responding.
