These transitions can remind us of previous losses, increase stress in our relationships and disorient us. Maybe you're finding how you have dealt with stress, grief, anxiety or sadness is no longer working and are looking for guidance. Your current transition could also be bringing to light other changes you want to move towards, but you're not sure how to get there. We'll collaborate to update your perspective for a more ideal self. We’ll create a brave space where you can express yourself fully and where we’ll design a personalized treatment plan to get you where you want to be. Together we'll explore a better foundation to support your mental health including nutrition, sleep, movement and social connections. Opening up to therapy takes initiative and can be intimidating.
