Hello, I'm Nadyne, a 35-year-old Latina female provider who is bilingual in Spanish and bicultural with Mexican heritage. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for my clients, where they can explore their feelings and experiences without judgment. My therapeutic approach is rooted in an attachment-based and multicultural lens, and I utilize strength-based and family systems approaches to help you navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with depression, family relationships, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, stress, anxiety, adolescent mental and behavioral health, and trauma. Additionally, I have a Perinatal Mental Health Certification, allowing me to support clients in the perinatal or postpartum stages. With a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and certifications as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions. My goal is to connect with you on a personal level and provide the support you need to manage family conflict, personal identity issues, life adjustments, and stressors that may lead to symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and I am here to walk alongside you as we work towards your goals. Whether you're facing a significant life transition, dealing with the complexities of family dynamics, or seeking support for your mental health, I am here to help. Outside of my professional life, I value the importance of cultural diversity and the richness it brings to our lives. I strive to incorporate this understanding into my practice to better serve my clients from diverse backgrounds. If you think we would work well together in a therapeutic relationship, please don't hesitate to reach out. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey to well-being.
