Working with clients to creatively tailor therapeutic interventions to align with their unique strengths, values, and goals is one of my favorite aspects of this work. Behind the scenes: I am most content outdoors on a warm sunny day; whether I’m relaxing in the park or paddleboarding at a lake, I thrive in the sunshine. When I’m at home, I'm usually kept company by my two cats (who have very strong opinions about my work from home schedule).
