I am an Asian American therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families across different stages of life. I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also work with couples looking to improve communication, better understand one another, and work through relationship challenges. I enjoy working with emerging adults figuring out what it means to be an adult while still feeling like they're trying to figure life out themselves. I also support teens navigating the pressures of school, friendships, identity, and balancing expectations. I welcome conversations around culture, family dynamics, and identity, including the unique experiences of navigating different cultural expectations within the AAPI community. My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuine. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are, without feeling like you need to have everything figured out. Together, we'll work toward understanding patterns, making sense of your experiences, and finding ways to navigate life's challenges that feel meaningful to you. I offer telehealth appointments and am currently accepting new clients.
