I have always felt called to help and support others, which led me to pursue a career as a mental health professional. I have experience providing individual and group therapy in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship and family challenges, chronic illness, difficult life transitions, and many more challenges. My own experiences as a parent and grandparent have also deepened my understanding of the emotions and changes that can arise throughout different stages of life. Using a compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered approach, I help clients better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, develop healthier coping and communication skills, and make meaningful changes that align with their personal values and goals.
