Introduction

Hi, I’m Nancy Li. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania providing individual therapy (ages 10 and up), relationship counseling, and parenting coaching. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, parenting coaching, life transitions, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, poor body image, bipolar, self-harming behaviors, women's issues and other areas of concern. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore and reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, while growing from them. At the core of my work is building a strong, trusting relationship so you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you move forward on your journey of self-understanding, acceptance, compassion, and personal growth
