Introduction

Hi, I’m Nancy Li, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and the founder of Lehigh Valley Compassionate Counseling Services. I provide individual therapy for ages 10 and up, relationship counseling, and parenting coaching. If you are here, I want to pause and acknowledge something. Whatever you are going through in life right now, this step matters. Looking for support is not always easy, and it often comes during moments when life feels especially heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming. Reaching out to a therapist and opening up to someone new can feel uncomfortable at first. That is completely natural. At the same time, many of my clients share that therapy becomes a space where they can finally slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what they have been carrying. My approach is centered on building a genuine and trusting relationship. I believe therapy is not just about working through problems, but about feeling seen, supported, and connected as a person. I strive to create a warm and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences at your own pace, while we work together toward greater clarity, self-understanding, compassion, and growth. Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you do not have to go through it alone. If you feel ready, or even just a little curious, I would be honored to connect with you.
