Introduction

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. My practice is built on a strong, collaborative alliance where clients feel truly seen, supported, and empowered. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where adolescents, college students, young adults, and adults can explore their thoughts, navigate life's challenges, and build lasting resilience. Grounded in evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), my practice helps clients reframe unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and cultivate mindfulness to live in alignment with their core values. I also utilize EMDR Therapy for trauma processing, as well as specialized approaches for managing anxiety, depression, and substance use recovery. In addition to individual therapy, I offer dedicated Parenting Coaching—partnering closely with parents to strengthen family dynamics, foster open communication, and create a unified support system at home. Whether you are navigating major life transitions, processing past setbacks, or seeking actionable tools for personal and family growth, we will tailor our work together to fit your unique goals and pace.
