Introduction

I am an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) under the supervision of Laura Kutys. I am also an Independent Educational Consultant. My practice is two-fold. First, I provide counseling to teens and adults who are trying to manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, substance-use, divorce, and family and school issues. Second and separately, I help high school students and their parents plan for college (4 yr or 2yr) by guiding them through the preparation for and process of college admissions (see more on my Educational Consulting Services page).
