I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, parenting, major life transitions, and questions related to spirituality. I also support individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period, helping them navigate the emotional, relational, and mental health changes that can come with this season of life.
