Introduction

If you’re struggling with weight, body image, or considering obesity treatments like bariatric surgery, you're on a GLP-1 medication, or struggling after surgery with weight regain, complications, or a revision, you deserve a therapist who understands this care from the inside out. I’m a licensed counselor with 15 years in practice, focused on the psychological side of obesity care: pre- and post-bariatric support, GLP-1 treatment, weight stigma, medical trauma, and obesity-related eating disorders. I’m also a long-term bariatric patient, so I know both the medical system, endocrine & metabolic health, and the emotional aftermath. Licensed in Louisiana, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, and New Jersey. Authorized to practice in Ohio, Minnesota, Arizona, Indiana, and Georgia under the Counseling Compact. Telehealth is available to residents of all 13 states.
