Hi! I’m Naomi Mack, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. When life feels overwhelming or disconnected, it can be hard to know where to start, or where to pick it back up, and that’s where I come in. I am passionate about providing emotional support, psychoeducation, and therapeutic guidance through the complex experiences of identity development, interpersonal relationships, and profound milestones across the lifespans of my clients. Using culturally-relevant and trauma-informed approaches, I will work with you on various topics, such as LGBTQIA+ issues, adaptive life skills building, navigating acculturation, and increasing self-confidence in mind, body, and spirit. Often, I will integrate physical movement, storytelling exercises, and outdoor activities (weather permitting) to strengthen your intentional and dynamic use of coping tools outside of our sessions. You are the expert in your story, meaning sessions will move at your own pace. In our sessions, I invite you to slow down, come as you are, and leave as the person you want to be. If you’re ready to explore therapy together, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and discover new ways to thrive!
