Introduction

- Walk Good: A Jamaican saying, a benediction of good will for your journey - I've always loved a good story, and what is therapy about if not the story of each of us as individuals? Maybe yours includes parts you don't quite understand, worries that spill into other areas of your life, low points or serious traumas, or a section that just isn't going the way you thought it would. The way I do therapy is a journey of exploring and seeking out deeper understanding to help you find strength and clarity. I hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College, specializing in Child & Family Psychology. My clinical expertise is in working with clients struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Life transitions, ADHD, Identity issues, PTSD, and other stressors. I draw on modalities of CBT, ACT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems, and operate from a multicultural, liberation, and social justice perspective. I hope we can work together to create a little more ease in your life, so that you feel empowered to Walk Good on the next part of your journey! Note: Currently only taking clients ages 18+
