I help folks navigating religious and spiritual trauma, including experiences of shame, fear, rigid belief systems, or loss of community. Therapy can also be a space for spiritual expansion and reclamation, including reconnecting with a tradition, questioning what you were taught, exploring new spiritual perspectives, or creating a sense of meaning that feels congruent with your life. My approach incorporates somatic awareness and is deeply trauma informed, helping you notice and listen to the signals of your body alongside your thoughts and emotions. I also work with psychedelic integration, offering a grounded and supportive space to reflect on experiences that may have shifted your perspective, opened new questions, or brought difficult and meaningful material to the surface. Creative expression can be an effective way of processing, reflecting and gaining insight. Words aren't always enough to understand what we're experiencing, so I often make room for imagery, metaphor, art, or other forms of creative exploration when they feel useful. My approach is warm, curious, and grounded in the belief that healing is not about becoming someone new—it is often about coming home to more of who you already are.
