My specialization is in emotion-focused therapy (EFT), an empirically-supported approach that can help you improve your relationships and transform negative emotions at a deep level. I am board certified in couple and family psychology through ABPP. I have training in several psychotherapeutic approaches that I integrate as needed to maximize your progress.
