Introduction

I specialize in helping people build flexibility, self-confidence, and develop effective strategies for creating meaningful and lasting change in their lives. My approach incorporates cognitive, behavioral, and values-based techniques alongside somatic and mindfulness practices to address each individual as a whole person — mind, body, and spirit. People often come to me when they're feeling "stuck" or they've hit a plateau with previous therapy, and I enjoy working with folks who are new to therapy or are feeling skeptical about the process. I offer integrative psychotherapy and gold-standard evidence-based treatments (EBT) for PTSD/trauma, anxiety, and depression. My treatment style blends science-informed best practices, somatic techniques, and elements of existential psychology to deliver care that is comprehensive, present-centered, and sensitive to clients' unique backgrounds, identities, and healthcare needs. Whether you'd like to develop more meaningful social connection, recover from trauma, address symptoms of anxiety or depression, or improve self-confidence, we can work on it together.
