Introduction

In today’s world, many of us are navigating growing pressures and increasingly complex circumstances. The effects of these experiences can manifest in countless ways—from challenges in relationships and unprocessed trauma to deeply held negative beliefs about ourselves. The weight of it all can feel immense. Often, this burden extends beyond our own lifetime. We may carry the imprint of generational trauma shaped by family expectations, cultural pressures, and the lasting impact of systemic injustice. These intergenerational and early developmental childhood wounds can reveal themselves through anxiety, depression, perfectionism, or a sense of disconnection from ourselves and others. Feeling stuck in cycles of difficult emotions is a deeply human experience, yet finding the right support can often feel out of reach—that’s where I can help. My name is Nastassja Vargas, and as the founder of RenuVitality, I’m here to help you explore how your personal and collective past have shaped who you are today, so we can access the innate wisdom within you—the part that already knows what you need to heal. At RenuVitality, I take an integrative, collaborative, and individualized approach designed to best support your unique needs. In our sessions, I draw from holistic modalities such as somatic psychotherapy, Brainspotting, neuro-nutrient support, inner child work, and reparenting. Whether you’re healing from trauma, learning to set boundaries, working through developmental wounds, or seeking greater self-acceptance, our work together will focus on cultivating presence within your emotions and body - so you can reclaim your peace and reconnect with a sense of wholeness. My intention in psychotherapy is to create a compassionate, inclusive space where you feel deeply seen and understood, and to support you in rediscovering safety within your body so that a balanced life becomes truly sustainable. I’m honored to work with individuals from all walks of life, and as a Latinx woman, I bring a deep cultural awareness that helps me support my clients in cultivating relationships that reflect and honor their authentic selves. Reaching out for therapy is a radical act of self-care - an act of remembering that you are worthy of healing and connection. If you’re ready to explore how therapy can support your growth, I would be honored to walk beside you. At RenuVitality, my goal is to help you feel grounded, seen, and empowered.
