Introduction

Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. My name is Nat, and I'm honored you're considering my support. Many of us carry inner parts that are stuck in old pain. These younger parts can get activated by current experiences, leading us to react in ways that may feel confusing or even distressing. You might find yourself repeating behaviors you don’t like toward yourself or the people you love. I believe all of our parts deserve compassionate attention, especially the ones we feel ashamed to share. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy using the Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS), a powerful approach for healing attachment wounds. I’m also certified at the highest level in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) through EMDRIA, and my work is deeply informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS). These methods support deep, integrative healing of the mind, body, and spirit. If you've tried therapy before and it hasn't helped the way you'd hoped, please don’t give up. You are not broken. There is a way forward, and I would be honored to walk with you as long as you need.
