I am an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), EMDR certified clinician and Florida board-certified addiction therapist (CAP) who is passionate with helping you achieve your overall health & wellness goals, lifelong recovery, and healing in order for you to reach your fullest potential. My primary specialties are providing individual, group, couples therapy including services to professionals struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic health, or autoimmune conditions. I also specialize in the high-risk OB population (i.e. perinatal mood and anxiety and postpartum depression). I provide superior care to type A personality professionals including Therapist, Physicians, Nurses, Fire Fighters, and Emergency Medical service providers focusing on stress management and resilient counseling. I am caring, compassionate, professional, and am very ethical in my practice with clients. Being in the helping profession is my passion. I have been in clinical practice since 2006 with primary degree in clinical Psychology, emphasis in Mental Health and addiction counseling. Being a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) allows me to better understand not only the mental health side but also physical health. Both are important; therefore, it is important to me that I provide compassionate care to my clients while addressing all aspects of an individual's health. I also provide Health and Wellness coaching using a Functional Medicine (holistic approach) as well as Medical Care Management for individuals with chronic illness as I am a Board-Certified Case Manager under CCMC.
