My ideal clients are adults and couples who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, whether that’s anxiety, relationship challenges, or navigating major life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like they’re “too much” in their relationships, and are looking for a space where they can feel understood and supported. Clients are often seeking help with communication, rebuilding trust, processing past experiences, or learning how to better manage their emotions. I help adults and couples navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and attachment-based work. I focus on helping clients build insight, develop practical tools, and create healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. As a bilingual therapist, I also consider how culture, family, and lived experiences shape your identity and relationships. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood and respected. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out when you feel ready.
