Introduction

Thinking about working with a cool, open-minded Coach and Practitioner who is a Spanish-Speaking Spiritual Therapist? Here's the lowdown on what I offer: What I'm All About:     •    I'm a board-certified holistic practitioner and a bit unconventional! I'm bilingual and multicultural, with a background in lots of areas: Linguistics, Education, Counseling, Psychotherapy, Theological Studies, Quantum Healing, and Ancestral Lineage Therapy..     •    I've lived in Europe (Spain and the UK) and spent time as a Language Professor in Maryland and a holistic practitioner/shamanic practitioner in Texas before landing in Washington.     •    My main thing is a "Whole-Person" approach—basically, looking at your mind, body, social life, and spirit.     •    I mostly help young adults and adults through big life changes, focusing on moving past old hurts toward a happier, peaceful future. Specific Niche: "Trauma survivor support," "major life transitions coach," "grief and loss spiritual therapy". Holistic Focus: "Mind-body-spirit therapy," "holistic mental health," "Reiki," "Somatic Sensoring," and "Hypnotherapy". Cultural Focus & Niche Populations: “University students and young adults”,"Bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist," "Latinx cultural support," "Immigrant communities," “People of Global Majority”, "Native Americans and Indigenous Peoples”. Focus Areas: Trauma Healing: "Childhood trauma & Inner Child Healing," "Inherited trauma / Transgenerational Trauma," and "Past life trauma". Spiritual/Holistic Alignment: "Mind-Body-Spirit" integration, "Regulation of Nervous system with breathwork technique," and "Soul Coaching (exploring the path and direction towards the future)". Stuff I Specialize In: * Life Transitions and how to cope with change.     •    Trauma and "reparenting" your inner child—helping you heal those old childhood wounds.     •    Dealing with family history and intergenerational trauma to help you change your story.     •    Anxiety, stress, grief, depression, and those "What's the meaning of life?" moments (existential crises). How I Work (It's based on a Shamanic medicine wheel, which is pretty neat!):     •    South (Letting Go of Stuff): We mix Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for your conscious thoughts with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for your unconscious habits to make changes deep down.     •    West (Healing the Hurts): This is all about trauma recovery. I use Trauma-informed care and somatic practices (movement, sensation) to help your body release stored trauma. I also throw in holistic methods like sound healing, reiki, yoga, breathwork, and wellness/nutrition tips. Plus, we can explore deeper patterns with Psychodynamic Therapy (like dream work and journaling) and Transpersonal Therapy (soul retrieval and breathwork).     •    East (Rising Up): We use Narrative Therapy to help you rewrite your personal story and build resilience.     •    North (Finding Your Chill): Time for peace and stillness! We use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you become more mentally flexible and find inner calm.     •    Bonus: Sometimes I like to do "Walk-and-Talk Ecotherapy" outside—nature is great for stress, anxiety, and depression! Logistics:     •    Most sessions are done remotely via Telehealth.     •    If you're coming from Idaho or other states, I do offer in-person sessions in Liberty Lake. Ready to start this journey?
