As a licensed and board-certified Art Therapist, I’ve spent the past 11 years supporting individuals from all walks of life through culturally responsive and holistic mental health care. My therapeutic practice includes work with adults, couples, and the LGBTQIA+ community, addressing challenges such as social and behavioral issues, attachment and abandonment difficulties, trauma, and various forms of abuse. I am committed to fostering a supportive, affirming space where clients feel safe to explore, process, and heal. I hold a Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute. My therapeutic approach integrates art as a powerful modality for mindfulness-based, client-centered care, supporting self-expression, healing, and personal growth. In addition, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), certified through Dou Yoga Studio and recognized by the Yoga Alliance, which further informs my holistic, mind-body approach to therapy.
