Introduction

Natalie is a Marriage and Family Therapist (under the supervision of Connie Crossley, LMFT) that is committed to supporting individuals, couples, adolescents, and families through compassionate, relationally grounded care. She holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master of Science in Psychology. Natalie is also a certified facilitator for PREPARE/ENRICH and SYMBIS, equipping couples with tools to strengthen connection and build resilient foundations. Natalie is a Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. Natalie’s passion lies in understanding the family system as a whole. She approaches therapy through a systemic lens, recognizing that challenges rarely exist in isolation. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, she thoughtfully explores relational patterns, generational influences, and environmental stressors that shape each person’s experience. She is particularly attentive to identifying the true “identified client,” understanding that sometimes the individual carrying the most visible distress may not be the only one in need of healing. Natalie’s work is rooted in compassion, trauma-informed practice, cultural responsiveness, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience. Natalie believes therapy should be a space of safety, collaboration, and empowerment not judgment. At the heart of her practice is a simple but powerful belief: You are not alone. You matter deeply. And the challenges you face do not define who you are. Struggles with mental health or relational conflict are only part of your story not the whole of it. Natalie believes that within each individual, couple and family is the capacity for growth, resilience, and transformation. Hardship does not diminish your worth; it can shape strength, clarity, and renewed purpose. Natalie is honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Through evidence-based interventions and compassionate presence, she supports clients in reclaiming their voice, strengthening their relationships, and growing into the fullness of their potential.
