Introduction

I’m a queer Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering warm, relational, depth-oriented therapy for adults. I specialize in complex & developmental trauma, shame, anxiety, and struggles with identity & connection. I especially enjoy working with the LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities, with several years of experience working with and providing therapy alongside Native and Indigenous communities in Salt Lake City, Utah. Maybe you don’t know where to start, or maybe you understand exactly why you do what you do, but insight hasn't translated into change. You may carry deep shame, lose yourself in relationships, or feel disconnected from who you are beneath years of adapting. Together, we'll get curious about the ways you learned to survive and listen to the parts of you that learned to protect, perform, shrink, or disappear. We'll make more room for you to feel at home in yourself, trust what you feel and need, and move through your life with a greater sense of freedom. Your patterns aren't random; they make sense in the context of what you've lived through. As we explore, we will honor your nervous system while making room for the parts of you that haven't always felt safe to be seen. You don't have to arrive knowing exactly what needs to change or how to put your experiences into words. There is room here for the parts of you that feel messy, uncertain, or difficult to show. You deserve a space where you don't have to shrink, explain, or translate yourself. If something here resonates, come as you are. I'd be honored to meet you there.
