Introduction

You deserve a space where you truly feel seen and understood. I provide therapy for children, teens, parents, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and the uniqueness of neurodivergence (e.g., autism, ADHD, AuDHD). As a bilingual and bicultural psychologist, I value diverse experiences and ways culture and identity shape healing. It’s a privilege to be invited into my patients’ lives—I bring my authentic self into the space so you feel comfortable bringing yours. Rooted in compassion and connection, I take struggles seriously while also leaving room for humor and lightness (because laughter is healing too!). I believe everyone has the capacity to thrive with the right tools and support. I help children, teens, parents, and adults uncover the roots of their struggles, understand unhelpful patterns in relationships, and practice healthier ways of coping. Our work can help you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and strengthen connections that support lasting growth. Whether you’re seeking support for your child, guidance as a parent, or relief for yourself, I’m here to help. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation—I’d be honored to learn more about you and see if we’re a good fit.
