Hi there, I’m Natalie. I’m a psychotherapist specializing in trauma/PTSD, neurodivergence, anxiety, burnout and relationship difficulties. I work with adults who may look like they’re functioning on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or exhausted by trying to hold everything together. My approach combines evidence-based therapies including DBT, ACT, and trauma-focused approaches with mindfulness, embodiment, and my background in Buddhist and Zen practice. I’m especially interested in helping people develop a deeper understanding of their patterns while building the practical skills and self-compassion needed to respond to themselves differently. I believe therapy should be both a place of genuine acceptance and a place for meaningful change. My role is not simply to help you feel better in the moment, but to help you develop greater freedom in how you relate to your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and life. I particularly enjoy working with thoughtful, curious people who want to understand themselves more deeply and are open to exploring both practical tools and the larger questions of how they want to live. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can slow down, feel more grounded and connected, and begin moving toward a life that feels more genuinely your own. If this sounds like the kind of therapy you’ve been looking for, I’d be glad to connect.
