I became a therapist because I’m deeply interested in how people make sense of their inner world—especially during times of stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, capable people who feel stuck, anxious, or depleted and are looking for a steadier way forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress related to health or other major life changes. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy and shaped by warmth, curiosity, and respect for each person’s lived experience. Therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about understanding patterns, building skills, and creating space for relief and clarity. In our work together, I offer a supportive and collaborative environment where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to reconnect with yourself. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more resilient, and better equipped to move through life with intention and self-compassion
