I view therapy as a supportive container in which one can explore, process, and grow in a safe, non-judgmental environment. My approach is insight-oriented, relational, and holistic, meaning that I welcome all parts of a person into the therapy process– emotions, thoughts, somatic experience, creativity, spirituality, and all of the unnamable things that make you who you are! Complexity is welcome here. I enjoy incorporating parts/inner child work, creative expression, mindfulness, nervous system regulation skills, and somatic exploration into our sessions together. The core of my work is supporting clients in developing a deeper sense of love for themselves and their world. I’m a firm believer in the innate wisdom and joy that each person holds, and it’s a privilege to walk beside clients as they explore their rich inner world and develop the resources for living an engaged and meaningful life.
