Hi there! My name is Natalie Fountain and I am pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I works with clients navigating trauma, identity and self-esteem issues, women’s issues, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I am passionate about helping clients connect with their inner strengths, foster self-compassion, and create more balance in their lives. My therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based modalities including; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative therapy. I believe therapy looks different for everyone and tailor my counseling style to each person’s needs and values, helping them understand how early experiences influence present patterns while empowering clients to learn from the past without being defined by it. I work from a holistic and client-centered lens and bring a deep respect for each individual’s unique worldview and lived experiences, working to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore challenges, heal, and grow. Whether someone is navigating their relationship or working through deeper emotional wounds, my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy, insight, and unwavering support. I am is being supervised by our training director, Dr. Justina Floyd.
