Introduction

I am dually certified Critical Care NP and Psychiatric Mental Health NP. I have over 10 years of experience working in critical care and now want to bring this knowledge and deep understanding of people going through most difficult times of their lives into outpatient psychiatric practice. From child and adolescent psychiatry to perinatal and maternal mental health, I offer welcoming care to families and diverse communities. For shift workers, patients with chronic illness, and those navigating major life changes, I am ready to listen, understand, and help restore balance. By blending natural supplements, Western medicine, and thoughtful deprescribing, I aim to empower you with choices that promote healing, resilience, and lasting mental wellness. Every appointment is a chance to feel heard, understood, and hopeful about the future.
