Many of my clients appear successful and composed from the outside, but internally they feel pressure, self-doubt, or a sense that they’ve lost touch with themselves. They might be navigating perfectionism, anxiety, burnout, or depression. They tend to be high performers: professionals, athletes, perfectionists, dreamers, and goal setters who crave more ease, balance, confidence, and emotional clarity. They want to feel less driven by anxiety or self-criticism and more guided by values or purpose. My style is warm, collaborative, and active. You’ll always be met with empathy, authenticity, and respect. I’m also an action-oriented, evidence-based therapist and bring in structure and strategies to help you build clarity, confidence, and practical skills to move through challenges outside of our sessions. My goal is that you leave sessions feeling both deeply heard and meaningfully supported, with new perspectives and actionable steps that align with your values. Over the course of our work together I hope you feel more grounded, capable, and connected to the life you want to build. I offer both video sessions and outdoor (walk-and-talk) sessions.
