I believe anyone can grow into the best version of themselves, regardless of age or circumstances. Decades of experience in the corporate world have helped me recognize individual strengths, mentor others to grow beyond what they imagined for themselves, and guide people through complex relationship dynamics with better communication. These professional experiences, combined with personal insights from my own loss, grief, and life transitions, inform my counseling approach. I understand the unique challenges faced by first responders and their families, as well as the complexities of balancing work, relationship, and parenting demands. Counseling is a genuine partnership between client and counselor, built on trust and respect. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel supported and empowered to make meaningful changes. Think of me as a trail guide: I can point out the path and walk alongside you, but you’ll take the steps yourself. Sartre said growth never ends—every choice we make opens new possibilities. (Or, in the words of Carrie Bradshaw, “The most exciting, challenging, and significant relationship of all is the one you have with yourself.”) The smallest choices can shape our lives in meaningful ways. Together we’ll build awareness of your choices and how they shape the life you create.
