I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. I work with teens and adults, as well as couples and families, who may be navigating trauma, PTSD, family concerns, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, perinatal and postpartum challenges, neurodivergence, or chronic illness. My style is compassionate and encouraging while also being direct, practical, and solution-focused. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and ABA. I am also trained in EMDR and the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS). Above all, I strive to help my clients recognize their strengths, better understand themselves, and develop tools that support meaningful, lasting growth.
