I’m a licensed therapist with a passion for supporting children, teens, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach is grounded in attachment theory and built on evidence-based practices that promote emotional healing, stronger relationships, and lasting change. I believe that therapy should be a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I specialize in infant and child mental health, using both directive and non-directive play therapy methods to support young clients in expressing themselves, processing emotions, and building regulation skills. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering coaching and guidance to help strengthen connection and promote healthy attachment patterns at home. Whether in person or through virtual sessions, I aim to make therapy accessible, collaborative, and developmentally appropriate. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, adoption-related challenges, family conflict, life transitions, and women’s mental health. I bring warmth, creativity, and clinical expertise to every session, tailoring my work to meet the unique needs of each child, individual, or family. Together, we can create meaningful progress and build tools that support lifelong resilience.
