Introduction

My approach to therapy is designed around helping clients thrive. Intentionality is key because – much like a house plants! – we need certain conditions to help us grow. Often, what we need to begin to heal is a safe environment where we can be open, accepted, and known. With safety established, this opens us up to challenge ourselves and remove barriers that get in the way. We’ll work together to explore the past and create a path towards healing a growth for the future so you can thrive.
