Introduction

I am passionate about social justice and cultural humility, and am deeply committed to providing culturally competent services and creating an affirming and inclusive space for all clients. I am especially interested in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and those dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, family dynamics, interpersonal relationships and patterns, identity exploration, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, relational, and person-centered, and I draw on multicultural and ecological perspectives to meet clients' unique needs and create an empathetic space where they can feel comfortable, safe, and accepted. The therapeutic process can feel overwhelming, but it offers a supportive space to reflect, process emotions, and gain insight. I look forward to supporting you as you begin your healing journey.
