I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the emotional weight of always being the one holding everything together. My background in community mental health gave me experience working with diverse populations, complex presenting concerns, and the realities of supporting clients through both acute crises and long-term emotional challenges. In addition to my clinical work, I bring experience in crisis intervention, clinical supervision, and leadership, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the many ways mental health can impact daily life. I am known for her direct, honest, and deeply human approach to therapy. I create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and comfortable showing up as their authentic selves without judgment. I believe therapy should be collaborative, personalized, and grounded in real-life change, not a one-size-fits-all formula. I help clients better understand the patterns keeping them stuck, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen boundaries, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and aligned with who they truly are.
