Introduction

Life doesn't always unfold the way we expected. Maybe you're navigating a relationship change, figuring out what's next in young adulthood, adjusting to changes in your health, or simply realizing that the life you're living doesn't feel quite like it used to. Even changes you chose can bring uncertainty, anxiety, grief, or questions about who you are and where you're headed. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and find your footing as you figure out what comes next. I work with teens and adults navigating major life transitions, anxiety, chronic illness/chronic pain, and health-related changes. Together, we'll make space for what's difficult while exploring how these experiences are affecting the way you see yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to build. We'll also find practical ways to manage anxiety. I offer virtual therapy throughout South Carolina and Colorado, giving you the flexibility to meet from wherever feels comfortable. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if working together is a good fit.
