I'm Natalie Ward, LCSW and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, working with tweens. teens, young adults and adults in Plattsburgh, NY (and via telehealth in NY, OH and VT). I support people navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions and their relationships with food and body image. My approach is relations and person centered, rooted in mindfulness, self-compassion and positive psychology, and blended with CBT, DBT, IFS, expressive arts, somatic work, and intuitive eating.
