I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) at Aspire to Wellness Behavioral Health, where I have the privilege of walking alongside my clients as they navigate life challenges and work toward healing, growth, and lasting wellness. I earned my Master of Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hunter College. For more than 15 years, I have worked in outpatient mental health, managed long-term care, community-based services, and geriatric care, supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. My clinical experience includes working with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic illness, caregiver stress, and major life transitions. I also have extensive experience providing crisis intervention, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, bereavement counseling, and care coordination. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while recognizing that every person;s journey is different. Together, we will identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and build the tools needed to foster resilience, increase self- awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
