Hello, I’m NaTasha! I’m a Clinical Social Worker in the state of South Carolina with over 23 years of valuable experience working with numerous populations of people in various settings. If you’ve ever been a therapy provider overwhelmed by expectations of miracle work, high demand, low participation, and/or challenges with locating resources/services to meet your clients unique needs, then I’m here for you! At this stage in my career, my goal is to collaborate with therapy providers to problem-solve challenging cases, assist in maintaining caseload workflows, and locating resources and services for therapy clients in need. I am an Air Force brat who traveled all over the country and overseas to Italy over the course of 17 years. I earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Columbia College in SC and a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. My 23 years of Social Work experience includes but is not limited to: Reviewing the level of care and coordinating services for clients with special needs at the Disability and Special Needs Board in SC, Providing in-home counseling to families & children in Mississippi, Conducting individual, family, & group therapy in an adolescent residential treatment facility in Utah, Coordinating discharge planning and mental health services in the hospital setting, Assessing and implementing employee assistance services for Military service members and their families via a call center setting and, Providing clinical supervision, coaching, & training to contracted agency supervisors in a SC statewide child welfare program. It is with these experiences and numerous others that I acquired skills related to conducting solutions-focused case reviews, providing clinical supervision, and locating reputable resources. It would be an absolute honor to use my knowledge, experiences, and skills to support and uplift therapy providers in the critical work they do!
