I'm passionate about supporting neurodivergent children and their families as they navigate the unique challenges of growing up with ADD/ADHD and other differences in how their brains work. As a counselor, I work with children, teenagers, and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and attention-related concerns. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral strategies, and family-centered work to help young people build confidence and develop practical skills for managing their symptoms. I also work with adults navigating significant life transitions—those moments when everything shifts and you need support finding your footing. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurance, and am currently accepting new clients. If you're looking for someone who understands neurodiversity and meets you where you are, I'd welcome the chance to work together.
