Introduction

My name is Natasha Kennard, and I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). With a master’s degree in clinical psychology, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate mental health support. I take a client-centered approach, tailoring evidence-based techniques to meet your unique needs and goals through self-discovery and personal growth. I work with individuals, students, professionals, couples, and families across all ages and stages of life. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship counseling. I also enjoy working with individuals and families navigating the perinatal journey, including prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum experiences. Additionally, I have a strong passion for supporting first responders and their families, recognizing the unique challenges and stressors they face. I am committed to helping clients build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and strengthen their relationships. Together, we will explore the challenges you’re facing and develop practical strategies to support meaningful change. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal and grow. Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and I am here to support you every step of the way. If you are ready to begin a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth, I invite you to reach out. I would be honored to partner with you in creating the change you’re seeking. Contact me today to book your first session.
