Introduction

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner who cares for both adolescents and adults. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I completed my RN residency at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX and spent over eight years as a registered nurse caring for cancer patients. I later worked as a nurse practitioner during the pandemic. These experiences deepened my understanding of how mental and physical health are closely connected, especially during life’s most challenging moments. This journey inspired me to focus on psychiatric nursing. I provide evidence-based, personalized care and take the time to truly listen to each person’s story. Together, we create treatment plans that are realistic, empowering, and designed to help you feel stronger and more balanced. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, mood changes, or the emotional toll of illness, I’m here to help you find clarity and calm. I have a special passion for supporting people who appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck on the inside. Whether you’re facing emotional challenges, coping with a serious illness like cancer or chronic pain, or simply seeking more balance in your daily life, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
