Introduction

Are you concerned about your child’s attention, emotional outbursts, anxiety, or autism? Many parents notice early signs—difficulty focusing, intense reactions, sensory sensitivity, or struggles at school—and wonder what is really happening and how to help. These challenges are often not simply behavioral. They reflect how a child’s brain is developing and regulating. I specialize in helping children with ADHD, autism spectrum, anxiety, and emotional regulation difficulties using a neuroscience-informed approach. My focus is on identifying the underlying causes of your child’s struggles and helping their brain and nervous system function more effectively. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Registered Art Therapist, and QEEG-Diplomate with advanced training in brain-based assessment and therapy. I work with children and adolescents in a supportive, structured environment where they can build regulation, confidence, and emotional stability. My work often helps children who: Struggle with focus, impulsivity, or ADHD Are on the autism spectrum or show social and sensory differences Have frequent meltdowns, frustration, or emotional dysregulation Experience anxiety, fears, or school-related stress Are bright but not performing to their potential In addition to therapy, I offer QEEG brain mapping when appropriate. This is a safe, non-invasive assessment that shows how your child’s brain is functioning. It often helps explain why certain difficulties are happening and allows treatment to be more precise and individualized. Parents often report improvements in: Emotional regulation Attention and focus Behavior and cooperation Confidence and independence Overall functioning at home and school I am the Founder and Clinical Director of Brain Health Center Miami and a PhD candidate in Applied Clinical Psychophysiology, specializing in brain development and neuromodulation. My goal is to help your child develop the foundation for long-term emotional and cognitive health. If you are concerned about your child, early intervention can make a meaningful difference. I welcome you to reach out to discuss how I may help.
