Hi, I’m Natasha Vand, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with adults and adolescents who feel deeply and want meaningful, lasting change, not just temporary relief. My path into this work is shaped by both professional training and a deep understanding of emotional intensity and the patterns that can keep people feeling stuck. That perspective allows me to recognize not just what clients are experiencing on the surface, but the underlying processes that keep those patterns in place. I maintain a limited, focused caseload so I can provide highly individualized, attentive care. My approach is active, collaborative, and results-oriented. I’m trained in evidence-based therapies including DBT, EMDR, and CBT, which means our work goes beyond simply talking; we build practical skills to help you regulate emotions, navigate relationships more effectively, and process experiences that continue to impact your present. Many of my clients are thoughtful, may be those who appear “put together” on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, reactive, or stuck. They’re often insightful and motivated, yet find that insight alone hasn’t created the change they’re looking for. They want therapy that is both supportive and structured, where sessions are intentional and progress is tangible. Over time, clients often find they’re no longer reacting in ways that feel out of control, but responding with clarity, confidence, and self-respect. If you’re looking for therapy that is warm, engaged, and deeply invested in real, lasting change, I’d be glad to connect.
