Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, relationship pain, or the pressure to be everything for everyone? Maybe perfectionism or self doubt makes it hard to feel good enough, leaving you pushing through even when something inside still hurts. Therapy can be a place where you no longer have to carry that alone. If you’re hoping to unfold your emotional truth and nurture your relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you, therapy can be a space to honor your emotions, explore how your experiences have shaped you, and live more in alignment with your needs, values, and desires. Together we’ll create a space where you can feel safe enough to be as you are, sit with the ways you’ve learned to protect yourself from pain and hurt, and gently turn toward what has been difficult, allowing it to be felt and witnessed. With compassion and curiosity, we will discover and nurture what empowers you to love and trust yourself more deeply. We will embrace your humanity and realness while gently loosening the grip of shame, always making space to appreciate how far you have come and who you are now. I am a first-generation, biracial, queer Filipina therapist who brings a social justice lens to my work. I also believe humor and joy have a place in therapy. If this resonates withyou, I hope you reach out to connect. Together we can explore your experience and support you in living more fully and authentically.
