Introduction

Going into therapy can be an intimidating process. Beyond the logistics, finding a therapist that you connect with and that you trust to guide you in your mental health journey is no small task. I do my best to make this process as easy and straightforward as possible. Flexible scheduling, individualized care, and prompt responsiveness are all things you can expect from working with me. With over 8 years within the mental health field, I have extensive experience with youth and young adults, having worked in youth residential programs and as a school social worker in both a high school and elementary school setting. In the last 4 years I moved into the private therapy sphere, working with people of all ages and genders on a myriad of issues. Amongst considerable experience processing life anxieties and depression, my specialties include relationship issues and couples counseling, ADHD/executive dysfunction, OCD, and navigating life transitions (both young adult and midlife). When you choose therapy with me you can rest assured that our time together will be directed by your needs and your feelings. This time is your time, and I am here to listen, support, collaborate, and most importantly understand! I look forward to working with you!
